Yayoi Kusama

Japanese artist, Yayoi Kusama, is utterly prolific. Her irresistible work is as much beloved as the artist herself, resulting in a cult following and ongoing displays of her work all over the world. The popularity of Kusama’s work is perhaps down to its unsettling beauty; many of her installations and paintings focus obsessively on a single motif which bewilders and immerses the audience. Each of Kusama’s installations is uniquely engaging, and we were thrilled to recently experience her Infinity Mirrors room at the Foundation Louis Vuitton, Paris.
