Nichols Creative were responsible for leading the Knowledge Management function for the Olympic Delivery Authority’s Transport department. This involved all key transport information technology projects including the transport coordination centre, spatial data, extranet, reporting solutions, fleet mapping, safety and operations, advertising enforcement technology, safety, asset management and performance metrics.
